"I just left the drive through and asked for plain wings. The attendant said that I wanted ghost pepper wings and that they were spicy. I said no I want no sauce. At that time a young man stepped in and said do I want mild and I said that would be fine. He said they only have 3 so I said ok. When I pulled up to pay she asked for $9.58 cents and I said FOR 3 WINGS he said yes I’m sorry ma’am. Now 6 wings are only $5.99 so how can 3 be $9? I just said oh he.. no and pulled out. I will never understand or go back."
"I just stopped at this location and was in the drive through. I ordered a six piece hot wing. They have 6 different flavors on the board. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't getting any sauces on my wing. The person taken the order through the drive through. Was so rude and nasty talking to me as I asked questions. I finally had enough of his attitude that I said. You can lose the attitude right now. And they told me to take my business elsewhere. I asked to speak with the manager. This person then identified himself as the manager. Corporate needs to step in and do some firing. Because this person needs To lose his job. I will never go back to this location!! When a customer asked questions about their product. You don't start sitting here and getting rude with the customer."
"Some of the most Pleasant people that I've dealt with all month! Says a lot when you're greeted when you walk in and said goodbye to when you walk out. Food was good, we have no complaints."
"My wife and I were dining in and making separate purchases. After I placed my order the manager walked off and did not say anything to my wife. I took my food to the table and after a few moments I noticed my wife waiting to be assisted. The manager never acknowledged that she was still standing there. I then went to the counter and told the manager my wife was waiting to order which she thought I made a purchase for both of us. My wife attempted to place her order but the manager said it was a online order only and did not tsker order. This is appalling to refuse a paying customer standing in front of you. Will never return to this location and one suggestion, never refuse paying customers who keep you in business."
"On our SECOND trip there, to get an additional order and biscuits that were forgotten, this was the macaroni n cheese I was served with. Even the grandkids that love macaroni n cheese wouldn't eat it. However the young man that took my order was very polite."
