Start acting like a responsible owner / manager and make some changes. Get rid of your poor performing employees. Hire some pleasant good people. Your ratings will improve."
"We've eaten here many times, but something has changed within the last year or so. The current employees are rude, not even so much as a thank you when taking your payment or handing you your food. We usually order burgers and fries, and in the past, they have always been hot, fresh and delicious. Even the outer wrapping was always folded neatly half way over the burger so you could eat while driving and not make so much of a mess. Not any more! Each of our burgers tonight were a mushy, luke-warm sloppy mess, and the fries were greasy, limp and cold. It's a shame because we really did enjoy the food here. Needless to say, we won't be going back to this particular Hardee's."
"Horrible!!!!! $50 for three people and food was NOT correctly made! Had to go back and then wait 45 min to get it made again! Still not made correctly! Gave my teenage daughter an attitude and “scared” her for going in to request! Then my husband had to go in and take over. Then that’s when they had to wait longer than a drive through order!!!! Told my husband to just get the money back and give the food back but they didn’t want to. But it’s disgusting that if someone brings back food bc it wasn’t prepared right and then you intentionally make them wait!!! You’re FAST FOOD!!!! Not a gourmet restaurant get over your freaking selves!!!! Reading the reviews,,,,, I guess morning staff is better! Get your crew right!"
"Always have a great experience here food wise. Sunday when I ordered my food I got home and realized they never put my order of 2 large tater tots in the bag. Outside of that out of the many times I’ve visited i have no complaints, food is always good."
"I’m a little disappointed with this visit. The service was great, but food quality was horrible. Sloppy. Luke warm. Burger was tasteless. Roast beef was cold and bland. Fries were good. Averaged 7-8 minutes in drive thru. Order was almost correct. They forgot the onions on the Roast beef sandwich. Condiments and napkins were in the bag. Prices comparable to other fast food restaurants in the area."
