Jersey Mike's Subs

"i've been in the Wildwood Fla.location 3 times, once terrible communication trying to give my order and I'm a big loud guy, one fellow just kept dumping vinegar sauce as I was telling this display of tattoo artistry "no vinegar please", "hey no on that stuff" but seems he insisted, I stayed quiet and took what I was given gave them a pass must be real busy I thought...Second time, I got the wrong sandwich, got the guy behind me's and he must have gotten mine dunno?, gave that a pass as well, not that busy in there but who knows with door dash orders taking priority over those of us who wait in the order line , it wasn't my original Italian but some turkey and roast beef combo and with you got it "vinegar" oil and no veggies bagged up and I was gone before I opened it to discover my purchase Grrrr....Third time ordered a original Italian regular on white some lady put it on wheat and again wrong sandwich meat, the person behind me order was wrong as well we both could see they were not right before we were asked our selection of veggies and when asked I shook my head and said no more that order is not right and I left it sitting right there as well same did the person behind me ...I won't be back, to bad I've spent a good deal of money in J.M's ...but not in this location ever again...three strikes your out for my 30 bucks a pop!!"

"Not sure how it happened, but the online app ignored my customization choices and made our sandwiches "Mike's Way". I don't eat tomato or onion, so imagine my surprise to open my order and it was very wrong. The store made what the app asked for. Somehow the app didn't take my choices correctly. Strange!"

"Went to this location to try Jersey Mike's for the very first time. We entered and went through the line. There was a young lady slicing meats and a young man making the subs. Neither spoke to us as we were standing there. Another person who was in line behind us gave his order to the young lady slicing the meats, so she began making his order. I asked her if we were supposed to give her our order and she nodded yes. We decided to go elsewhere at that point. This occurred on 11/26/2023 around 1PM."

"Took my order then I waited 15-20min before they even started to cook my sub as the proceeded to make over 6 subs after my order Definitely aren’t using whatever system they are suppose to 4 workers 2 making cold sub for in store the other 2 making cold subs for Togo and no one on grill"

"Not a busy day in the shop, however the lady cutting the meat and the lady making the sandwiches were extremely slow. 3 people in front of me I waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken. When you only have an hour for lunch you expect faster service so you can enjoy your lunch/ purchase."
