"I visited the drive-thru of this McDonald's twice in 2 days, A young lady that by the name of Patience who took my order, and I must say she was extremely customer service oriented and very sweet! I met the manager a wonderful lady by the name of Carrie and bragged on her and now I must brag also on Carrie! What an incredible job she has done on making it my favorite McDonald's in Central Florida! I will be back"
"We ordered fish & add shredded lettuce & ketchup for each fish. We paid .40 extra for the lettuce. We got NO lettuce and light ketchup. See pics"
"The only positive thing I can say was the staff at this location are very kind and helpful.. BUT... Fries were stale. Spicy deluxe the chicken was the size of a chicken nugget and flooded with the spicy sauce. Ended up getting a big Mac so we didn't have to wait longer for fresh chicken to cook. Patties tasted like salty cardboard and again was flooded with sauce. My son's said their nugget were okay.."
"I was so excited for this McD's to open right beside my work. For some reason there's always an issue with my food. They often forget a sandwich if I order multiple. Today, I ordered online a spicy mccrispy and a sweet tea. They gave me a chicken sandwich with just mayo even after sending me to wait at the 3rd window."
