"Broiler was on fire. The lady taking our order kept walking away from the register and seemed to need to have complete control over everything. It was freezing cold in there even with a long sleeve shirt and jacket on. Food had no flavor and was cold. Was very disappointed and will probably not return."

"Pulled up to the drive thru. The women who took our order was very nice. When we got to tje window, we were given our drinks. Then another women had given us our food. My wife looked in the bag and saw they gave us two fries, when it should have been 1 and an onion ring. My wife asks the women that she ordered an onion ring. She got nasty and said very rudely, "what?". My wife said again. She got nasty again and said, give it to me! She gives us the food. The snack wrap was pathetic as you can see by the picture. The food was wrapped in a white deli paper with the order written on top and not the branded Burger King wrapper and the person was so nasty. Will not be going back any time soon."

"I’ve been here a few times since moving to Spring Hill back in January and it’s been awful each time. Employees are rude, forget people waiting on food and now this last time charged me $3 for a spider man sundae and I only got 2 spoonfuls of ice. I mentioned it was half full and she rolled her eyes and added another spoonful. Pictures attached, the first time I mentioned it the candy bits were in top of the ice cream. Never again will I go to this Burger King."

"Gave them three chances to get my coffee hot. Failed each time. Staff is super nice but they do not follow the high quality standards that you find in Northern States Burger Kings. Hash Browns and French Toast Sticks not cooked properly on two separate occasions. Again nice people, Poor quality breakfast. Will not be returning to this location."

"This is by far one of the worst Burger King's ever. Management is extremely ineffective, the staff is very rude, disrespectful, argumentative and slow. I waited 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me for this. It's utterly unacceptable. I have had some horrible experiences at this location but I keep coming back because it's the closest BK around me but after many bad experiences, it's time to go to Wendy's across the street. Much friendlier, faster and accurate service."
