"When I called about a issue was disrespected and treated like an idiot. The drinks taste terrible. I worked at Dunkin for 2 years. I know how to make all the drinks and how they should taste. I wasn't calling for a refund I was calling to tell them for next time someone orders it they can fix it before hand. 8:30 pm on the window. If you don't like your job and feel the need to be rude and disrespectful try working somewhere else. More then 3 people heard the phone call. If I could rate no stars I would."
"Messed up my order again, burnt cheese on the sandwich, cold hash browns and totally wrong from the order I gave at the drive thru menu. Highly recommend looking over this Dunkin and find a better managed establishment."

"I come all the time and it’s hit or miss. Sometimes they make my coffee great, sometimes I can barely drink it. Sometimes my bagel has cream cheese, sometimes it barely does. Today is an example of a miss and it’s not the first time it happened. This is what my bagel with cream cheese looks like.."
