"Always check your order when ordering here. Once again they forgot to give me a part of my order and it was a steak grilled burrito. The prices have become insane and for them to forget something shows lack of any leadership there"
"Service was fine previously, but they have been consistently making vegan items wrong by not following any removal requests. Not sure what changed, but it's too incinvient to continue to give this store opportunities. My favorite was the time they sent every non-vegan sauce to compensate for the vegan cheese that was good but now is gone. Image with note attached."
"It's my Daughter's favorite place, for me it's not bad for fast food. Just don't like the fact that I am forced to use the computer to order even though there is someone at the register directing you to the computer to order. Lazy people now a days unfortunately."
"The ordering system with the kiosk is too cumbersome takes way too long especially when you have a worker trying to walk you through it instead, they should just take the order at the register like normal. It’s a cumbersome system should get out of your store not good. And. The tables were all dirty and the young people that you have working there. We’re not very friendly. They were coercing about their day and their plans and not at all interested in my order as I sat there for 25 minutes for my drinks."
