"I spent almost three years here. Tbh I only stayed for that long bc I became attached to my kids. At first the place okay then the place became drama filled and unprofessional. Shelia always in someone business and talks about ALL her employees. The teachers aren’t provided with the proper materials to fully teach the kids. I had to pay for a lot of my classroom materials with my own money. A lot of stuff in the classroom is old and outdated. Shelia will try to manipulate you with lies. Call her out on them. I had a couple incidents where Ms Shelia lied to parents & the parents would bring it to my attention and i had to inform them that information was false. This is why she didn’t want the teachers to use the classroom app, bc on the app teachers and parents was able to have direct contact with one another. She was getting caught up on her lies so she told us to stop using the app. My pay came up short frequently and the check’s bounced on several occasions. I walked out due to her not clearing a check and her not communicating with me about when I would receive my money (this wasn’t the first time). She try not to acknowledge my presence when I come there to ask about my money. Mind you I never gave this lady any problems my entire time there. I always went above and beyond, yet she’s being very nasty towards me. Just left from up there today and she tried to pay me $2 after I worked a full day (not including the holiday day I’m entitled to). If you have any children and looking for a daycare for them, find another daycare that can provide adequate care and learning opportunities for your child. And if you looking for a job, I highly would not recommend this facility."
"I’m almost certain this facility had close friend and family rating. I’m not sure where to begin. It is so sad that families with low income cannot trust daycares like this with their children. Shiela REFUSED to give me the information to a teacher whom abused my child. He was face down in bouncer that he was entirely to big for! He has blood vessels popped on his checks due to him screaming for so loud and long. I immediately grabbed my child. The teacher rudely confronted me and told me to “watch my attitude” I immediately! Removed my child and in the process of taking legal action I pray for the children safety here. They are roaches. Mold. And extremely not funded enough. Please be careful sending your child here. ESPECIALLY through a voucher."
