"From yesterday to today, I've called four separate times. My mom needed assistance. Nobody there knows how to do their jobs. I've called four times. Four different people. NOBODY puts notes in patients accounts so when i call and call, Nobody knows what I'm talking about.. They'll tell you that they will return your phone call, They don't do that either. These call centers are Garbage. Advent Health, You need to hire better people who are better responsible because, I will now take my mother to Akumin because nobody knows how to do the basics."
