"Check in process was so easy! Drivers license and insurance.. mine was an OJI due to turbulence! Every clean place only waited less then 10 min after appointment scheduled! Let me start by saying I am petrified and very claustrophobic so this whole thing was not only new to me but very scary when I came in I had two wonderful people, Anaya, and Melinie they were very reassuring. They made me feel comfortable . They made me feel at ease with what they were doing. They showed me the machine they walked me through each time framing of the MRI. They have an open MRI machine so I was able to stay steady and look out the window which made the whole process easier. They made sure that I knew that I was able to push a button in my hand at any moment they would come and take me out, or take a moment to catch my breath, I really enjoyed their hospitality and I enjoyed their friendliness to help my demeanor change about getting an MRI done. I definitely come back, although I really don’t want to come back at any point, but if I need to I think this would be a perfect spot for people like me who have issues because they’re friendliness is just so reassuring and that’s what makes the process even pleasant and I just wanna thank them for getting me on the right track to be better l"

She was professional, humble and attentive She helped me through my MRI that i've been trying to get done for an entire year. The entire stuff was truly great, but Ms. Melanie stuck out the most to me. So I would love to thank her again. I truly wish her the best."

"The front desk workers were very nice and professional, and the nice young girl that took me back to get my CT scan was very sweet and helpful. She could tell I was having a rough time walking and that I was in pain, even with my cane. So when it came time for me to lay on the machine I was having difficulty putting my legs completely flat due to my right knee pain and hip pain, the reason I was there in the first place, she went to ask the lady that was running the machine about me getting a pillow under my legs when here comes the lady to tell me I NEED to put my legs flat, because I’d I can’t and the scans don’t come out then she guess Ed the Dr will have to figure out something else. She said this very cold and unprofessional and the young girl that was originally helping me looked embarrassed that she was talking to me that way. My scan took place and again the sweet girl helped me up and out to the waiting room where I had to finish my paperwork and wait for the CD. She shared concern and compassion that was greatly appreciated."
