"We have had such a wonderful experience at Primrose Tampa Palms. Our children transferred over from another school & we’re so glad me made the switch, despite the increased cost! First of all the overall communication is consistent. They utilize the Procare app, email & if needed text or phone call effectively & appropriately. The team at the front desk, Ms. Woods & Ms. Anderson, always greet you with a warm smile & are real when responding to your questions. With the support of Ms. Bunch & Ms. A they consistently follow through with requests & support needed. The owners & administration help support the teachers appropriately to ensure they abide by ratios, plan fun celebrations, seem to pay reasonable wages & overall good a keeping morale up to provide a nurturing environment. Mr. Archer is on another level of helpful, happy & genuinely knows each child & helps them feel recognized & valuable. Ms. Gonzalez, the school chef, is always smiling & greets both of our children personally & with silly jokes routinely. She makes the extra effort to spend even just a few minutes with them while also being efficient in all of her other responsibilities! They also love her light up shoes! Our children are happier & thriving. The knowledge they are excited to share with us daily is impressive & their developmental skills are evolving at or above pace! This coming from an occupational therapist. I am beyond pleased with the care my children are given on a routine basis. They always come home clean & neat, like they arrived, even if their clothes had to be changed. I truly feel like they are cared for & don’t have that mom guilt when dropping them off before headed to work. Each of my children have been in 2 different classrooms, so I’d like to thank all of their teachers! Ms. Palomares & Ms. Torres were not only happy & supportive when they had our daughter but they continue to greet her with enthusiasm every chance they get! The love they have for their job shines through their smiles. Ms. Lugo has made our daughter’s transition to the new class as easy as she can by providing good energy, distractions with preferred tasks/items & great interactions. Ms. Perez & Ms. Buck are so sweet & kind with the littles too. Ms. Pittman came in to replace some of our favorite teachers & we were nervous for the change but she was fantastic! Our son still loves to stop by & give her hugs! She was a huge help in promoting his potty training too! We also really enjoyed Ms. L & Ms. Swati’s support & playfulness with the littles. Ms. P & Ms. K are helping our son learn so much. They are teaching him how to be more independent & confident in his abilities. I continue to praise this school & highly recommend them to friends & family for childcare needs."

"I cannot speak enough good things about the teachers and staff at Primrose of Tampa Palms, they are all so kind and it’s easy to see they truly love and care about the children in their care. Specifically Ms. Ojeda helped us to see vast improvement in our son’s academic progress and overall just fitting into the classroom setting. He took a little extra care, but her care and true talent allowed him to blossom in PreK. I will forever be grateful."

"My daughter attended Primrose for more than 2.5 years and had a great experience. She always seemed to have caring teachers and management was always present, attentive, and easy to work with. She did deal with inevitable teacher turnover but this Primrose location has managed to keep some exceptional caregivers for many years. My daughter was so happy to have the consistency of Ms. Ojeda for her final year of preschool. Keep doing what's necessary to keep these teachers around."
