"This place is disgusting . Not only do I have to always pull up to get my food. The lettuce is old and the tomato are soggy. I drive to the other location than to do at this one in Lynn Haven . You can tell the people there all hate their jobs. Don’t waste your money worst bk I ever been to!"

"Service was bad. Food was okay, had to ask for fresh fries then got complaints from staff. They were rude at the speaker and window. I know they have drive times but it doesn't take much longer to give fresh food and better service."

"I have lived in Lynn Haven for about two years now and this was my first visit to this particular Burger King. I was feeling like an original chicken sandwich one night thanks to the coupons in my mailbox and went thru the drive-through. I order myself the original chicken sandwich and my kids a couple of whopper juniors and fries. When I placed my order for the original chicken sandwich, I’m TOLD “you’re going to wait about 5 minutes for that”. I then go to the window and hand her my card and my little coupon. Now I don’t usually use coupons, but the economy is terrible right now and I normally wouldn’t even choose to go to Burger King if I’m going to get fast food,, but the coupon in my mailbox got me craving that chicken sammich and that coupon is the ONLY reason I am there. So when I hand her my card and my coupon, she looks at it and says “oh, you have a coupon” by the her tone and the look on her face, my chicken sandwich and my coupon were a very big inconvenience for her. So while I am waiting for my five minute sandwich, I’m wondering what she’s going to do to my food. So I get my food and two of the three fries were cold and hard, only one of them were hot and this was hands down the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from Burger King. It was soggy and gross, mayo tasted sour, but the food was not my biggest issue (truly don’t expect much from Burger King anymore), but I’ve never felt like more of an inconvenience when going into any type of restaurant. I don’t expect fast food workers to love their jobs, I get it. I worked fast food when I was in high school, but don’t treat people like we’re inconveniencing you by ordering food that is on the menu. Anyway, if you want cold food and it handed to you by a bad attitude. Goto Burger King in Lynn Haven."

"Food was good. I don't know why they wait between cars at the drive. You have to wait to order until the car ahead of you has arrived at the window and paid. Is the staff incapable of multitasking or are they purposely slowing down service? It's a mystery. Staff was friendly and polite which is a change from most BK's"
