"I really wish I could give them 0 stars! I picked up food for a friend on my way to work and they sealed the bag since it was not for me I didn't open it but I did ask if there was sauce. The lady said "oh yeah I threw a bunch in there." Get it to my friend she can't even eat the food! Fries over cooked and ice cold, burger burnt and like nothing on it, chicken nuggets undercooked. And they even acted like they didn't have an order for her until I showed the screen shot of the order. Service was rude to begin with!"
"Staff was terrible. Took several minutes to take our order and there was no one in line nor in the parking lot. Staff made us feel like we inconvenienced them. First window- no talking, second window- we specifically tried to ask how their night was and we were ignored. The food was practically thrown at us and then they shut the window. As we drove around we saw both of them sitting at the table on their phones. I guess we ruined their scrolling…"
"That tea in the morning is so good. Food is fresh. When tap pay was down drive thru lady provided other options to pay. It's always a good experience everytime I come to this location. Thank you. Because I know working fast food is hard. Keep up the great work."
"I do recall this establishment having a Grilled Chicken Sandwich combo. And that is what I asked for. Well it must of been discontinued. Both times I bought the sandwich back because it wasn't what I order I never asked for a crispy fried chicken sandwich. Long story short I ended up losing $11. The Manager on duty tried to make it right. I appreciate that ! But I still wasn't satisfied on the 3rd time I wanted to drive back and just get refunded !!!!!!"
