"Everyone that was working on Sunday night at 8 PM during the Super Bowl sucks at their job. I am not even going to take the time to write everything that happened during my visit but I will say that even though the Rewards frequently asked questions page says something, they all want to disagree with what it says in black and white or else say they don't know how to do it. So I only got part of what I had originally ordered and left. The problem that caused a phone call to the store that was answered "Hello" , not even Wendy's is that I pull out for the 2nd time and go to eat and the baked potato I ordered with butter and sour cream but no chives is plain and nothing in the bag. How can you give someone a plain baked potato without butter even? And I am not going back again because they didn't care about my order the first time I was there for 20 minutes trying to get so why would I want to drive all the way back again for some butter and sour cream that they probably would spit in out of spite due to what had already happened. No thanks. Won't be back though and won't recommend and will let everyone I know how sorry they are."
"Wendy’s on Davis Hwy should be closed the Manager he look like a Mexican man with piercings on his nose and face name Fred very unprofessional his customer service skills is horrible, he was rude when I told him about my food being cold. I wouldn’t dare come back here to eat this food nor feed it to my dog. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend."
"My fries were cold. The very nice cashier got my order wrong. The ketchup dispensers were out of order. And the tables are too small for 4 people to sit at. But I guess you get what you pay for. :-D"
"I got a chicken sandwich meal and i’m highly regretting it. The chicken on the sandwich was severely overcooked and hard as a rock, I couldn’t even bite into it. Who would eat this? I’d like to ask the person who prepared our meal if they would eat this trash. My dog didn’t even want it. The fries used to be amazing when they first changed to these, now they are soggy and overcooked too. It’s like they were soaked in grease. So thanks Wendy’s, for cooking my dinner this evening, taking my money, and leaving me hungry. Wendy’s has always been in my top 3 favorite fast food joints…. but now it’s gonna be awhile before I give it another chance."
