"This store is always dirty. It would be nice if you would sweep the floor once in a while. Staff definitely makes you feel like you are intruding instead of welcome. Food quality is good, I went inside instead of drive thru, and the order still was not correct. Ordered 2 piece white. Asked for 2 breasts, no wing. I received a breast and wing. Why?"
"I frequent this Popeyes location all the time because it’s closest to my house. I come here 2-3 times a week. I went there on 9/10 and got a 3 piece with fries and biscuit. The chicken was so old I literally couldn’t even bite into it. Also, the fries were cold and hard as well. Now I work in food service and one thing I understand is that kitchens have bad days sometimes. I called and asked to speak to a manager, the lady on the phone said she WAS a manager. I explained my issue and she said she’d take my name and I could get it replaced. I came the next day, the manager that was there was extremely rude, and dismissive about the entire incident. She was a manager that was filling in at this location. I was so upset I told her to forget it and I walked out. Today I went up there for my mom, and i bought her food, and I asked about my replacement order. The manager couldn’t even find my info, but she did replace it. The manager that gave me my food gave me some more hard and cold chicken! I was livid! Didn’t even replace my fries! I will never spend another dime in this restaurant. There’s no professionalism, or character on that entire store! Just straight GHETTO!"
"It's a circus. The staff are unable to perform their jobs. I waited for 30 minutes for my simple order. The manager would call out for a food item, wait, and then get it himself. One of the other employees was busy talking at the top of her lungs, describing her experience in the toilet. There was trash everywhere, including on the order counter... Avoid this restaurant."
