"The young lady with orange dreads... The word 'and' means; in addition to... So when I say I want a combo AND a side of cheddar peppers, that means I don't want my tots replaced. I asked for tots specifically because I wanted tots. Did you think I specified tots with my meal because I wanted to replace my tots, specifically? You have fries and tots. I specified tots because I wanted tots. And I specified tots AND A SIDE OF CHEDDAR PEPPERS. it's not shameful to go back and learn elementary English if it helps you move on from the drive through window. Don't you want to do something else with your life before you're thirty? Learn what AND means, start there."
"Hands down Jeremiah has the best customer service there! Was very professional and felt like he cared about his job . Not often you find that in fast food I feel . Everything was in our bags to go and more and made us felt welcomed. There’s hope for night shift on customer service ;) lol"

"First Off I want to start by saying the young lady Kirsten working the drive through was so super sweet and professional!! My order was messed up and I went back to get it fixed and she was an absolute sweetheart and very apologetic and corrected my order immediately. Great customer service!! I truly hope this gets noticed because it is very rare you find an employee with such a great persona. Food was hot and delicious as well. Thank you Kirsten!!"
"I use to love eating here. But lately the food is horrible. But tonight I gave it another try and it was Extremely disgusting. This is my chicken finger dinner. Waste of my hard earned money. Why serve something to your customers that I’m sure you wouldn't eat or give to your own family. I will never eat at sonic again."
