"I ordered a meal online and only received half of the order. When I called back to confirm the rest of the order, I was told that all items were in the bag. If I wanted to receive the items that I already paid for, I would have to reorder them again. Then I was put on hold and nobody got back to me to resolve the issue. I do not recommend this place. I lost my money due to the service not checking that all items were ready to go. They just lost me as a customer."
"Update: I decided to stop in around 2 pm, the restaurant was fairly empty. We were greeted with fast service. The inside was clean and the food was delicious. Our server Summer did a great job at providing a good experience!! Overall average stop, this was along my way home. We decided to stop in, my first time trying this chain. I did elect for the Fish and Chips, I also added on the Salad Bar. I will mention we came just after lunch rush. The salad bar was out of several items. The fish and chips were pretty good, the fish much better than the chips."

"We went to Ruby Tuesday for an early dinner and it was a pleasant experience. Our server Alisa was kind, prompt and knowledgeable. We were greeted and seated quickly upon entering at a booth. Alisa came by and took our drink orders and was back before we even had a chance to check out the menu. We ordered the Hickory Salmon with Broccoli and French fries as a side. We also ordered the holiday trio which was ribs, shrimp, steak and a baked potato. Everything tasted great. Hickory BBQ ribs were meaty with just the right amount of sauce. The salmon was flavorful and cooked just right. We also added the unlimited salad bar for 5.99. I would definitely recommend this Ruby Tuesday for a lunch or laid back dinner."
