"Ordered online, to be picked up, country fried steak with gravy on the side, broccoli and mashed potatoes, was given a confirmation number and pickup time. I arrived on time and was told they were out of everything so they substituted Bourbon Chicken which was so tough it couldn’t be eaten. They could have texted me back that what I ordered was not available Everything was horrible. I will never eat at DENNY’S again."
"Stopped to have a late meal. Restaurant was basically empty but dining room was dirty. At least 6 dirty tables. Server apologized & said they'd just finished a rush ... not really sure that was the case. One of us ordered breakfast with bacon & sausage & the other person ordered country fried steak with side salad. When server brought food out, there was only sausage with the breakfast & we were told they were out of bacon -- maybe she should have mentioned that when she took the order. Side salad was ordered with honey mustard dressing but when food was brought out we were told they were out of honey mustard. We then asked for 1000 Island dressing only for her to come back & tell us they were out of that also. Had this been our first visit to this location, we definitely would not return. The service was fine, but did get tired of the apologies from the server. We're really not sure what they're planning to serve for Saturday morning breakfast since they're out of bacon. Very disappointed with our dinner & won't return soon."
"If I could give it 0 stars I would. We walked in on a Sunday night. There was a large group on one side with one server and a few two tops on the other side. No one greeted us. We stood there for 5 minutes before I had to walk into the kitchen to ask if anyone was working on the floor. They had only 2 servers staffed & they were swamped. The food was mediocre. Not worth the trouble or money."
"Great food but the prices are getting ridiculous"
"We were treated very poorly at the chili's next door. Thankfully we decided to come to denny's. Kayla made our experience amazing. From the moment we walked in the door to the time we left. She was very friendly, quick, and efficient. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great as well."
