"I somewhat stopped going to breakfast restaurants around town because I often felt rushed and the quality of food had not been so great, but I enjoyed this IHOP. The food was decent and not excessively expensive. The environment appeared clean and has a nice view if you sit near the windows. My favorite part of this IHOP was not feeling rushed by the waitstaff. My wife and I sat and watched TV on our phone and drank coffee since it wasn't too busy at the time. We have been back a couple of times and the experience has been the same. I would recommend this place to try if you are in the area."

"Yes, it’s the holiday but the slowness of our food coming out was ridiculous-nearly an hour, and yet, I have not deducted any stars for that. The lemon blueberry crepes were just awful, gritty and the blueberry barely ripe. I sent it back. The hash browns not only looked burnt but they tasted burnt. Normally I ask for crispy hash browns but am sure glad I didn’t here because they may have come out as ashes. The one shiny aspect were the seater (Kristos) and the waitress ( Courtney) were wonderful!"
