"Absolutely the worst chipotle I have ever been too. Nationwide, the absolute worst. I've looked the other way on complaining for a quite some time, but lately? Struggling with making online orders in a timely manner, skimping portion sizes to avoid restocking, rude staff, and dirty establishment. I will not be back to this location. Quality has declined over the last 6 months. Returning to Moe's down the street. I hope the entirety of the staff are fired and those willing to meet expectations of chipotle corporate standards replace them."
"Was traveling through the area and stopped at later in the evening. It’s a decent meal at a good price the staff was really nice. They made it exactly like I asked and it tasted very good when I get back to the hotel."
"Big disappointment. Haven’t been to Chipotle before but saw a commercial advertising their carne asada for a limited time and decided to give it a go. Ordered the 3 tacos, one no protein, one chicken & one carne asada. Hubs ordered a bowl with chicken. We also asked for one small drink. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. But looking at the bill they charged for 3 carne asada tacos, two drinks and an up charge of $2.60 for a small spoon of guac. Outrageous at a total of $29+. We won’t be back."
"This is the THIRD time I've come into this Chipotle and the THIRD time that they have been OUT of their GRILLED VEGGIES. On top of that their Sofritas were old and dry - AGAIN. And there was absolutely NO tabasco sauce available and NO napkins. The floors were covered in filth and the counter tops looked like they hadn't been cleaned for hours. To top it off when I opened up the burrito and started eating I almost broke a tooth on a hard piece of plastic from some sort of corner of a container (see picture). I can't stress how disgusting this is on so many levels. When I was in there I asked to speak to the general manager Daniel Taylor but was told "Oh he ain't here." This is the last time I will come into this Chipotle and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this filthy place."
