"The absolute worst experience we've ever had at a popeyes. Placed two orders. the first order was prepared and served within 5 to 7 minutes the second order, which was placed two or three minutes after the first one, took over 30 minutes. The manager was not helpful, was not apologetic and was borderline rude. I received sarcasm and attitude when I was going up every 5 minutes to check on the order.. She just kept saying it's going to be 2 more minutes to cook some breasts for the sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous and there was no one else in the dining room that evening but they were steadily preparing and serving the drive-thru line. The new chicken wings aren't that good either."
"I wanted to try the new truffle chicken sandwich, so we stopped here after church to pick some up. The first half was pretty good, but then I hit an extremely rubbery part of the chicken that I couldn't eat. I mean, I wasn't being picky. I was very hungry, but it was too tough to chew. I tried to work around it, but about half of the chicken patty was this way. I intentionally said "patty" instead of breast, because I don't know what part of the chicken it was, but it wasn't breast meet. I've had issues at this location before with service and food quality, but never bothered to leave a review. After this, and the fact that my sandwich was barely warm, I felt a duty to my fellow consumers to share my experience. It's a shame, because this is the closest chicken place to my house, but I just can't eat here anymore. I have a bad taste in my mouth. Literally."
"This is the best Popeyes in West Pensacola. However, they often give regular chicken when asking for spicy. They did begrudgingly replace the chicken 30 minutes later. In previous drive-thru visits, they failed to provide the requested sauces every time I've been here. I will continue to go here."
"This is a new Popeyes and in Beulah by Navy Fed. Given the location I would expect it to be clean. The place was SO gross! And the person taking my order was so unsanitary touching the screen, touching their nose, crud all under the nails, putting food in the bags…our order wasn’t even correct. Which we didn’t even get a receipt for. The food went in the trash. And I’m out $25. Pictures speak for itself….the health department needs to take a visit."
