"This is a smaller store that is designed a bit differently than the larger stores so I often struggle to find items, and help from associates is scarce. Today, I purchased paint. I asked the young AA (Jasmine, I think, but am not sure) lady in that area if I had the correct type and she looked & responded as though I was bothering her and walked away. I went to return the wrong item in my hand and dropped it. Paint exploded on the floor. I was extremely embarrassed and frustrated. John, another young gentleman in that area rushed over to help. He was so kind and reassuring. I profusely apologized and offered to pay. He made sure I got what I needed and helped me to the counter. Thank you, John, for demonstrating true customer-focused service. If the young lady had been my last interaction, I would not have visited this location again."
