"Sold me a bum vape. Don't purchase flying monkey products ! Especially from the clearance section. I wasted $30 at this shop. I tested it before I left. 1 day later it stopped charging/ working. I don't blame the shop but at the same time they could have worked with me. I have dealt with bum vapes before and returned to a shop where they switched it for another one.( Two different shops on two different occasions ) I understand money is money .. but you guys lost a potential regular customer."

"My wife and I frequently shop around Rockdale County to find deals on vapes and outstanding products along with satisfactory customer service. Matt has been at this shop more often when we go, but it’s been clear that his attitude can go from zero to ten really quick. When I purchased some items this week he seemed to have a problem with my trying them out to make sure they weren’t bad, so I moved from by the register to the counter by the vape section once he took care of some other customers he snapped and grabbed a small step stool went in the back, came back out and use profanity as he walked back towards where I was and I asked, Hey, Am I in the way and he replied disrespectfully, Uh Yeah….. When the consumer spends money with a business we do not ask for this negative customer service and for me he has done this several times it makes me feel like he has some issues with people of color. Greet people, treat me as I would you with respect. Businesses last by building a relationship with the customers. Note: When you open it could be closed even faster. Get to know your customers might save you one day….."
