"I wish I could give no stars. I’ve been living in this area for 3 years now and I have only been able to find what I need here a couple of times. Quick trip used to be my go to now it’s my don’t even try it when you know they don’t have it. I can’t drink caffeine nor dairy but I love coffee. I started going to Racetrac due to them always having decaf and silk milk and I was thrilled to hear QT started the same however, every QT I go to from Covington all the way to Mabelton NEVER have decaf coffee and if it’s finally found they don’t have silk milk. I’m done trying. The adults like me who can’t have caffeine and dairy I promise Racetrac rarely disappoints. See you there and do better QT you gonna loose your customers."
"The pumps do not work correctly, and when you page for help, the cashier never comes out to assist you you have to come in. They don’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Please staff up and check the effectiveness of your pumps"
"I pumped gas at this location. I sure hope the pump I used was working properly. It kept saying "Remove card." One of the attendants tried to cancel transaction, but was unable successful."
"My pickup order is never ready on time. The first time nobody was even in the kitchen and burnt my pizza. The second time the girl was on the phone and my pizza wasn’t even in the oven wayyyy past the time my pizza was suppose to be ready."
"I visited this location on Tuesday 8/29! Worst Qt ever!!!!!! Never come here, the kitchen employee was on her phone and making orders touching her phone. Never changed gloves. No hairnet, long braids with no hair net. So unprofessional on the phone having call on speaker. If I can give it zero I would. Go up 138 to the other one much better."
