"I had a ring that needed to be resized from size 7 to a 4. I spoke with a different jewelry place and they informed me it would be impossible to resize my ring without causing the stones to be unstable. I saw that John Paul's Jewelers said they can do anything, so I wanted to see if it was true. I spoke with Norene and she said it would be possible, however, there may be some discoloration due to the material. When I picked up the ring, it fit perfectly and there were no discolorations!
