"Best consumer experience I’ve had since moving to Columbus last year! I purchased a bracelet at an antique store and needed it shortened and my husbands wedding band needed sized. Michael was so kind and genuine in helping me. We decided to make a necklace out of the extra piece and he even inspected the bracelet and showed me the difference in quality of diamonds. Two days later Emily called and let me know that all three items were finished!! When I came in to pick it up she remembered me and was so sweet. They truly make you feel like family. Everything turned out perfect! I won’t go anywhere else now that I know about this little gem!"

"After purchasing a ring I had it sized down to a 5 by the "Jeweler" the store uses and he thinned it out so bad it was very dainty then it ended up breaking shortly after. I returned it to him and he destroyed it. He soldered it together unevenly he added a piece to the setting and my diamond wouldn't even sit down in it so he decided to cut the main ring to make it fit . Absolutely destroyed the ring so I brought it into the Jewelers touch devastated and with little hope but my gosh what an amazing repair!!! He %100 repaired and saved my ring!!! I highly recommend this Jeweler!!! I will never go anywhere else as long as we are stationed here and maybe even then I'll come back for my jewelry needs!!!
