"This location is really good at hiring associates with an attitude. On more than two occasions, they were only friendly when they knew for sure you were about to buy something. Save yourself the headache and only go there if you want to try pieces on to make sure you get the right size. I only order online now or wait until I’m around the N Druid Hills/ Decatur location before buying. The lady in that store is lovely! The last time I went was the last straw. I came in at 10:58 am because the light was on and the girls were at the counter. I didn’t realize they didn’t open until 11 am. The girls didn’t say anything when I walked in but let me get several feet into the store before rudely telling me that they’re not open right now. I didn’t even look at the time before realizing that the store opened in less than a minute! If there’s a strict policy to not open until 11 on the dot, then that’s fine. But no need to be rude about it. I went outside to wait for less than a minute and met another customer who had to make an exchange for bracelet he purchased shortly before that day that was already broken! We waited at the door and when one of the girls came to open the door, she did so with, again, an attitude! No good morning or anything! As usual, I did not hear a friendly tone from her until she knew that the other customer was going to buy something. I spoke to Victoria on the phone before I made the 2 hour trip to this store and she reassured me she could help me find the correct product. When I arrived, she was MORE than helpful and so nice.
