"Great customer service! I saw a necklace in a Valentine’s ad I wanted to give my wife. I went to the store to purchase, but they did not have the birthstone I needed. The sales associate ordered it for me. I received a call a few days later and picked it up in time for Valentine’s Day. The necklace was wrapped in the nice D Geller box and I also received a dozen red roses and box of chocolates to give my wife. Excellent and easy shopping experience"
"Took advantage of their Valentine’s Day special (spend $95 and get a free box of chocolate and roses), and Tiffany couldn’t have been more helpful! She worked with me to coordinate pickup and even had another location drop a new pendant off when the original had a kink in the chain. As I left she said “See you next time” and I sure can’t wait to return again one day. FYI: My wife loved the silver cross pendant!"

"My husband and I first went in a couple of months ago to look for a new wedding ring for me. Our sales person, Tiffany, was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. After some time of trying on different rings, we decided that we would wait until Black Friday or other sales to return to purchase a ring. We returned the weekend of Black Friday. I showed Tiffany some pics of what I was interested in from off their website. Tiffany went over and above and customized a very special ring just for me! We are more than pleased and know you will be, too, for your jewelry needs! I love that they are not pushy sales people, but genuinely want to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied while at the same time being caring!"
