"Didn't allow me to refund one of my purchases from another store claiming that their system is synced at night and to return to the original store of purchase. I went back there and asked if this was true and they said I was lied to. There were 2 associates there (I went near closing) and they refused to even check if it was refundable in their system, presumably due to some internal metrics. What a joke."
