"Edit 2/20/24: I spoke to manager KeJuan who promised that he would speak with the associate involved and provide coaching. My fiancé and I came to look at wedding bands two weeks ago. The staff were initially friendly and they had good options for gentlemen’s bands. However, when it came to my band, I was shown a small case from which I could choose. I have a low set engagement ring and I specifically asked for a ring that would sit flush with it, like a curved or open band. The consultant kept handing me straight bands and when I explained again what I was looking for, she said “well that ring is just too hard to match.” It’s never appropriate for a consultant to make negative comments about someone’s jewelry. Not to mention, low set engagement rings are becoming more popular now and I’m sure I’m not the only in this situation. The funny thing is, we’ve seen good, fairly priced options that would’ve worked on the Jared website, but the attitude has turned us off from working with Jared."
