I paid $6,500 for not at all what I thought I was paying for. I can’t believe you would do me like that AJ. I used to give glowing recommendations about this place for years until I found out the truth about my Rolex purchase today. This unacceptable."

"I came into A and M custom jewelry today to get a ring I purchased re-sized and my wife’s charm bracelet cleaned. AJ is great! And all of the staff that I met were helpful and friendly. While I was waiting I found a ring that I really liked which I ended up having to get it made custom for a perfect fit. AJ guided me throughout the entire process to get my custom ring to come to life. There were many days where he waited for me even though he was done for the day just so that I can feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My ring is great and so far so good and I’m not worried even if something does happen. My ring is insured and I will make sure to take it in for an inspection whenever it’s that time so that I can get the service it needs if something does ever happen. I’m very happy with my ring.
