"I hired them to do a water and sewer line inspection for a home I was purchasing. The tech who came provided me with an estimate and assessment of about $1,400; after my contingency period ended, the owner finally responded a week later with a whole new assessment and $9,000-$13,000 worth of work required. Total waste of money as I am still uncertain what work the system needs AND I was unable to request sellers to split the cost since they delayed so long in getting back to me. I asked for clarification on the discrepancy and the owner didn't even bother to respond."
