I understand keeping half for labor, but the policy stinks. Will not return. EDIT: The owner responded, but the funny thing is that I'm reviewing on my family member's behalf. It's a fake scenario that never even happened to. If you want to provide good customer service, then actually knowing the situation would be a great start."

"I needed to get a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra repaired, and nobody had parts for it. It's been discontinued. I had given up on finding a place to repair my brother's phone. Out of curiosity, I decided to walk into this location, and I didn't believe it because I don't normally have this kind of luck. They had the parts I needed, and they could have it ready the next day. Well, they didn't actually have it ready the next day. These guys did one better and called me the same day to come pick up my phone. Definitely 5 stars service, and if you guys see Ali, tell him I said what's up."

"This place has been the best customer service and repair I have even received. I basically broke my 11 pro max wide open(don’t ask how just know I was stressed out lol). I’m not sure if the guy who fixed my phone was the owner or not but he had such a peaceful energy that gave me a sense of trust I needed. His pricing was not crazy either.
