Limped a flat tire in, was told that the online appointments are just in case someone gets there and they have an opening, and it does not hold a place for you. I asked if I could at least get air in my tire and the lady said "No, but there is a gas station down the road with air" I had to leave on a flat tire to find someone else to help."
"Dont bother making an appointment. They wont honor it, tell you to come back in the morning, and then when you do come back when the doors open tell you its going to be HOURS because there are people ahead of you. They said it would take 18.5 hours to get tires put on my car."
