"I was next door at the windshield repair place when my car battery died in the parking lot. I went next door to get a diagnostic test done, which costed $30. They indicated that they would waive that fee if continuing with the repairs from the shop. It did end up being the battery, to which I was given an estimate would cost close to $300 for the battery and somewhere between $150-$200 for the "labor." Granted, knowing what I know now, it takes no more than 10 minutes to change one's battery and the batteries themselves cost roughly $200 depending on the warranty cold crank amps. That being said, while the employees were kind and helpful, the price was outrageous for the "labor" which doesn't even involve more than a 10mm wrench and a screwdriver, which the employee at Autozone completed for me in the parking lot for free."

"We have gone to The Alignment Specialists for years & have been so pleased with their service. The owners had been so helpful so many times that we reached out to them, they were always honest & fair. I noticed that the signage has changed on the exterior of the business, so I told my husband to make sure that there wasn't a change in ownership. I think that he forgot to follow through, but in hindsight... It's for the best. Yesterday, I noticed a crazy smell when I picked up my daughter. I wondered where in the world that smell was coming from & slowly realizing that it wasn't a smile from the outside world but my own vehicle! Oh, the nightmares that I came up in my mind overnight that coul have been the matter! As soon as I could, I ran over to the shop to have them check it out. Imagine the relief in my heart when they determined that it was simply a plastic bag that had attached itself to our undercarriage & was burning off! No damage, nothing falling apart, no missing catalytic converter, WHEW!!! I am so grateful & will still be going there despite the change in ownership! Thanks so much for your help!!!"
