"My builder used this company for an addition on our home. I was not happy the second I saw them using cpvc. I left them the tub and valve with trim kit and black tub drain/overflow kit. They put a chrome tub drain/overflow kit in. I also opened my vanity I showed them where I wanted the water lines and drains at. The still installed the too low and had to come out and cut brand new sheetrock out and left a huge mess to move it. The toilet supply line was at a 45° angle from the wall. When I tried to install the trim kit after the tile was installed the valve was sticking too far out of the wall. They came back and cut out brand new sheetrock and left a huge mess again. My spout is loose and another mess to clean up. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!"
