"I brought Tri-Star an intermittent mass-air-flow issue (the worst, since it's impossible to troubleshoot problems when they refuse to show their face) and they handled it perfectly. "Referred to Tri Star by my brother n law to get my truck issues looked at (he had a truck fixed there) Inspection and options of estimates given and trustworthy information of what would be best for my truck to be fixed. Discussing with friends I was having truck repaired at Tri Star found out they only trusted to take their vehicles there as well! Great experience start to finish. Personally worked with Andrew and the shuttle service was awesome to use. Jim A was great to talk with. The pick up shuttle and drop off made such a difference of less stress within the situation of being without a vehicle. Repairs only took a short time and back on the road quickly!
