Unlike most shops, parts are charged at what they actually cost rather than a hidden mark-up to add profit and billing is transparent. They do not offer a 24hr on call service at this time. They are now at the back of the building but the service is still the same"
"My truck was at A&H for 9 days and it cost me $125 in towing to get it there only to be told that he couldn't do anything to it. He claimed there had been a lot of wiring work done to it, which is absolutely not true. I bought the truck new and have owned it for over 20 years. What's more, I had to try to contact him over and over to get any info. 9 days and I received zero communication from him. They advertise 5 employees and state of the art diagnostic equipment. It seems like at least one person would know what they're doing. They recommended Johnson Diesel in Fayetteville, Ga. I should have towed it there to start with. I could've had my truck repaired and returned without wasting my time and money. This is a pitiful excuse for a mechanic and a pitiful excuse for a business. Save yourself and don't take the chance. The 5 star reviews written on this business must've been by family members. I guess that's why there have only been 12 in 3 years. Again, A&H is a pitiful excuse. Don't waste your time and money like I did. Go to a repair shop that can actually do something besides waste your time and money. 9 DAYS TO FIND OUT THEY'RE NOT REAL MECHANICS! WHAT A JOKE!"
