"When we moved to Georgia, the moving company damaged several pieces of furniture. Someone referred me to Don and he came out and patiently looked at ALL the damaged furniture and gave me an estimate. My dining room furniture would need extensive repair, so I decided to go ahead and have him repair and completely refinish the buffet, table, and chairs. He said he could do the minor repairs to the china cabinet in home. He didn't have room in his workshop for the project so I had to wait a couple of weeks before he could pick up my furniture. But when he delivered the completed project, I was amazed. I had inherited the set from my grandmother and it looked nearly new. He later returned to repair the china cabinet and did a great job without leaving a mess. This week, the back of a leather recliner broke away. Don repaired it very inexpensively. I have been very impressed with the quality of his work."

"This place should be ashamed of itself, I bought over 30k worth of furniture for my whole house. I have 2 couches and one the coushens started sinking down on both sides along with the leather started pealing. Guardsman told me they will only fix the leather. Even though the coushens are a manufacturer defect. I paid over $1200 for for the guardsman on all my furnature. I guess next time I will save the $1200 and put it toward the new couch."

"Awful service, I would not recommend this company to anyone. First I was told it would take 2 weeks to get a technician to come out. I was told that the technician would be at my house between 10:00 AM-12:00 PM to inspect and repair my furniture, so my husband took the day off to be here. The technician didn't even show up until 1:45 PM. Then he was here for 5-10 mins, looked quickly at the furniture and took a few pictures with a crappy old school camera and left. He said someone would call me with an estimate. I said I thought you were going to fix it, he said no they will call you to schedule another appointment. What?!?!? To make matters worse, they charged me $60.00 for not doing anything. When I called to ask why I was charged they said because the technician came out and they could schedule another technician to come out again. Seriously? I wasted 4 hours and $60 on the first one, you really think I am going to waste my time and be charged another $60 for no service provided. What happened to the free estimate they advertised? Oh, the estimate is free, but the inspection is $60. This is a scam!!! Whatever you do, don't waste your time or money on this crappy company."
