"they tried to raise rent after someone was shot and killed in the courtyard. they had to remove bullets from the interior walls of the apartment where the incident occurred. there was also (completely separate incident) a full SWAT team accompanied by US Marshalls kicking in someones door. What else? Homeless people regularly occupy outdoor common areas, outdoor seating, and stair cases. There is constant trash, and debris associated with extensive crack cocaine usage, among other various types of trash. the washing machines on property do not work, my clothes either remain completely dry through the wash cycle or are so dripping wet they never fully dry and smell like actual reclaimed sewage water. all at around $10 per complete load. the wall unit a\c's are still filled with mold and particulate matter. Not a bitter resident, just don't anyone to be fooled by the nice appliances/furnishings like I was. Oh also, the only positive review was left by the condescending big backed property manager, so don't be fooled. anyone who has lived here would not leave a positive review."
"I moved out 3 months ago and this so called company "Chasen Management" is illegally keeping my security deposit. Every time I contact them they say that the finance department is working on it but that is a lie. Stay away from this place. Since this company from Baltimore bought this building it has been a nightmare. I had several issues living there and they don't even have a manager or someone in town to take care of it. They will just collect your rent and disappear. DO NOT MOVE HERE."
"Good luck in this poorly maintained section of Tallahassee! You will experience people trying to break into you apartment and cars at night! The homeless will approach you in the parking lot asking for lewd favors! Don’t let them fool you into more than 900 !!!! They’ll probably say the apartments are renovated but beware it’s just filled with land lord specials!"
