"Worst management not even responding properly. Eating lunch from 1:00pm to 5: 00pm by closing the door. Not even responding properly. Don't take rooms, all rooms are full of rats, raccoons or and roaches. And always puts fine without reason."

"the annoying lady that was giving me a tour that payed no attention to me was no help at all. she was on facetime while giving me a tour, if you can even call it a tour. she basically just let me look around and didn’t guide me at all, usually a tour guide will go through the apartment talking about stuff related to the complex and ask if someone has any questions but she did none of that. worst tour i’ve experienced"

"these people are INCOMPETENT!! roaches, mold, it takes MONTHS maintenance to fix anything. they add charges to your account and “don’t recall” adding them (act like the system adds them by itself). they never answer the phone or emails, have attitudes, forget any and everything they say to you and try to act like they never said something until you pull out the receipts! KEEP RECORDS OF EVERY PHONE CALL, EVERY EMAIL, EVERY CONVERSATION because they will try and take advantage of you."

"I went to possibly tour an apartment. First I arrived at the Aspen Run II complex and the lights were on in the building but no one was there. I called the main property to inquire about some flore plans I seen online. I notified the the agent I would be on the way upon my arrival, I entered the building the young lady was on the phone but there was a man that was being rude. He walked passed myself and my partner 3 times without saying anything. I had to request all of the information for the apartments I was interested in. I wasn’t given any options nor pricing. I had to ask about requirements and much mire. I immediately ripped up all tangible paperwork given to me. The whole time he communicated with me with an AirPod in his ear, he never stated his name either. This was just poor customer service and Ill experience. If I’m treated like this as a potential renter. I wouldn’t dare sign here to be treated same as a tenant."

"This is the worst place you can live in. The apartment was filled with cocroaches. And the management is the worst. I lived in many different places but i have had my worst experience ever with them. They will try anything to take money from you. Maintenance is so bad too, and they promised to fix things like two years ago and never got it fixed. I moved out in April and i still have not received my deposit back. Do your self a favor and stay away from this place. Water bill is so expensive and not based on what you consume, and expect that the electricity will go off in the weekends. I gave them my forwarding address multiple times so don't i didn't give it to you and check the email i sent you, you're the one who's ignoring the emails to delay the deposit. The pest control is useless i they came multiple times and didn't not solve the roaches problem. I requested a screen door to be added to the balcony 2 years ago and never seen it. Believe me when i say it's the worst place you can live in."
