"I've had the pleasure of calling Arbor Station my home for the past 3 years, and I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. "I have lived here since August 2022 with my dog and my boyfriend Maxx, and I can safely say that it is one of the nicest communities I have ever lived in. I’ve personally never experienced living in a place where the staff goes above and beyond for their residents, but they do here. They are always finding ways to keep their residents happy and they have always addressed any concerns we have had. They are also very pet friendly and were very accepting of my larger dog which is very appreciated! I would definitely recommend this community if you are hunting for a new home :)"

"I have been living here for a little under a year and so far I absolutely love it. We’ve had some minor issues in the apartment (which is expected for buildings that are as old as these are) but the maintenance team has never failed us and always respond to maintenance request within 24 hours. Both the maintenance team and the leasing office team are super responsive and helpful. Everyone that I’ve interacted with has been so nice and friendly. The complex hosts some great events for residents and the grounds are kept clean. Living on the first floor right next to the wooded area does come with its drawbacks, but other than that I couldn’t be happier at Arbor Station"

"What can I say about Hannah and Kelly at Arbor Station? They are amazing. To ensure you that I am an expert on apartments I have moved over 20x for work. These guys are the best. I had to rent the apartment very quickly and without seeing it in person. Hannah took care of everything, including sending me a walkthrough video before I arrived, just to calm my anxiety lol. When I arrived, they had a gift bag with tp and paper towels and some other cool stuff, but also…. Balls and toys for the pups as well. I have two Boston terriers, and they have been welcomed at Arbor Station with open arms, literally. HUGE dog park…. Biggest I have ever seen at a private residence…. HUGE. This team moves mountains if necessary but more importantly, works hard to keep anything from becoming mountains. I don’t think I could say better things. Roomy apartments, quiet, safe, well-lit, friendly, and assigned parking… everything you need."

"Living here has been a really positive experience. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and the apartments are very nice with tons of storage space. They are super dog friendly, and no annoying monthly pet rent. But really the biggest and unexpected surprise has been how great the front office staff is! Not only are they super kind, but they have been so helpful with any little issue we've had. They also do monthly giveaways, and we won a super nice blender a few months ago. They also do food truck nights every now and then where they serve the residents dinner. I've never lived in such cool place in my life! The only thing that bugs me is that some of my neighbors don't pick up their dog poop, and the dog park is wonderful but falls victim to that too. But even still, its not like its everywhere. The staff I know goes out of their way to clean after these lazy neighbors, which is surprising. You can tell the staff really cares about their job and residents, and they go above an beyond to make your experience living here super pleasant."
