"This Apartment Complex Is Remodeled, has a new name, and under new management (Royal America) Three Rivers Apartments are looking very good and are cozy. This complex received over a million dollar in grant to remodel it.!! Go here now and I bet you will erased the negativety and upgrade your ratings. P.S. it is not tge place it's the people in it that will make it bad."
"Its no fantasy place but it is far less ugly than ppl make it seem. I have been a tenant at this complex for nearly three years and have had no major issues. A noise complaint here and there but that will happen anywhere. Our apartments just received some much needed updates and they are under new ownership and have added cameras to the property! DO NOT BE SO FAST TO JUDGE! If you are on a budget and need a decent place to live you cant beat it!"
"This place is awful. There are rats everywhere, the sidewalks are cracked and my son was shot 34 times in the chest for a cheese sandwich."
