"Not bad at all. I've worked on the road for years and stayed in some of the best and worst of temporary housing. These Patels are kind enough mind their own business and not yours if you don't damage their property. I can't give a better rating because of the ice and coke machines being out of order (I'm back 2 years later and ice machine was operational, you can purchase sodas in the office). I also like to grill out and love it when motel provides a good place to cook out/sit in sun etc. I tried to get a grill at grocery outlet, they had none. Because was in the middle of buying a new car I had no ride that day, but ghetto outlet was kind enough to loan me one of those portable grills that they got out front. See pictures. They Patels just asked I grill in center of parking lot and not right out of my room door with a empty sixer on the sidewalk. IT WAS CLEAN, NO BUGS, CLOSE TO AMENITIES, OPERATORS WERE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL, PRICE WAS (LOW AVERAGE ) BEST AROUND BY NIGHT OR WEEK. I would stay here again."
"Glad we stayed here. The property is well lit and clean. The entire room and evertything in it was spotless. Budget friendly, and a quiet location. I would definitely recommend."
