"We checked in on Saturday with our very sick granddaughter. Storm came through. Power was out. No place to go to bathroom no running water. We left and they refused to give us a refund. Horrible customer service."

"My sister and I checked in late Sunday evening (after dark). Room was clean, breakfast the next morning was good. We walked out to a flat tire on her car. Front desk lady reached out to the maintenance man who quickly got a portable air compressor and aired the tire up and advised us on best/quickest place to have tire replaced. Both of these staff went above and beyond to help us out. We were extremely pleased with the service while here and greatly appreciated their kindness. Will stay here again"
"This facility was a great stop. Thankful for the lady at the front desk. Super helpful! The facility was clean and kept. The room could have been cleaned a little better, but there was a clean, comfortable bed. The gym in this facility was better than some higher end hotels. Good hot breakfast that included egg-like protein and link sausages. I skipped the biscuit but had a bit of gravy. On the healthier side, there was three kinds of yogurt, some boiled eggs, bananas, apples and oranges. Over all, this is a great stop and friendly on the budget as well"
