"Was looking for a home here in Marianna. Found one that I wanted to look at and called Sunny South and asked them to show it to me. We met at the home. She stopped and rolled down her window, stating that she wanted to show me another one down the road. I replied, "but I want to take a look at this house". She replied, "Let's go look at the house down the road". A little annoyed with that. The house she wanted to show me was positively ancient, inside and out. Nothing what I was looking for. I found another house a few days later. Went and looked at it with the same realtor from Sunny South. I asked about the condition and a few other questions, she told me it was fine. I was happy with it and was about to put down escrow. Went in one morning and she came clean that the home's electrical system would NOT pass inspections (it would be very expensive to get it up to code)....right there when I was about to start the whole process of buying a home. I could have lost my escrow with such shady dealings. I left and never went back. BEWARE OF THIS REALTY OFFICE!"

I am in the Realtor field and am associated with MANY of the Realtors' from the Chipola Area. She helped me buy my first home and took me by to look at it NUMEROUS times after we signed the contract just because I was so excited! She really is WONDERFUL and a great friend. Definitely someone that will always be there to help whether you are buying, selling, renting or flipping a house. :) A+++++"

"WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR. They call themselves "Christians" but that's only so they can use the name of god in their corruption. They full took advantage of my family by lying to us regarding a property we were purchasing decided to tell the seller personal information regarding our family so they could profit from a higher sale. Which is against there code of ethics. Brenda also will continue to lie to your face even if the inspector is contradicting what she is saying. Just so she can sell a home for a higher price. Also the people who flipped the house she was selling did not use licensed workers,which means a lot of things are not done correctly and will cost you more money in the long run. These people need to shut down!!"
