"Thugs living here, not a safe place for your family. It would seem to be Section 8 housing. Will not be signing another lease! It seems Iike the government is giving them money to live here from other people’s tax money and extremely high rent. I guess they look at your pay and decide to charge you more money so you can pay their rent too. Stay away from thug central!"

"Lived here for over a year and I felt it’s time to review my experience. We loved it the first year here. The last few months went a bit downhill. Now we have neighbors who block the driveway regularly, the dog park is full of feces and there aren’t enough wood chips to cover the tarp, the keypad to the pool hasn’t worked in months, and the trash compactor regularly is overflowing. I wouldn’t post this if I didn’t let the office staff know if these things multiple times. This complex is a bit pricier than anywhere else we looked before we moved in, so I’m a little disappointed. Plus side - besides this being otherwise a beautiful complex, the maintenance staff is super quick and really great at what they do. Really nice guys."

"Rent just keep going up and not worth the price increase. The gate arm is constantly broken so nonresidents can come and go as they please. People speed around with no care that others live here. People go the wrong way in the traffic circles. I hope the owners of the property are happy when people say no more of this and leave. You will then have to lower the rent as the only people that will be living here are the local thugs that will come to join the others already here. Stay away from here. You know it is shady when they don’t even show the cost of rent online when researching."

"Beacon place has truly been a great place to call home for almost 2 years. This complex feels less like an apartment and more like a small neighborhood. Each unit has an outdoor seating area that residents set up with seating areas and outdoor cooking spaces. The garages are very large and must have been designed with the idea to store additional belongings and keep a car in. The management team has always been courteous, respectful, friendly and very accommodating while I have been working off hours to resolve any maintenance on my unit. If you’re looking for a quiet place to call home this is the place to do it."

"I am so excited about my choice moving here. I came here straight from college, this has given me a place I can call home. This complex gives me so much joy and love. If I need anything their there as soon as possible, In and out. As I show it off to others I always here "This looks just like the Tyler Perry studios" I'm like yes I know we are living rich over here! Welcome to my HOME!"
