About the Business
Anthos at Lexington Place is a gated apartment community located in Centerville, Georgia, adjacent to Warner Robins. Our community offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments with spacious layouts and modern amenities. Each apartment features nine and twelve-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, crown molding, and efficient kitchens with all appliances included. The bathrooms have garden tubs and some include a full-size shower.
Residents can enjoy a variety of community amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, game room, playground, swimming pool, and a dog park. We are conveniently located near I-75 and just 6.5 miles from Robins Air Force Base. Nearby cities like Macon, Perry, Byron, and Fort Valley are also easily accessible.
Our pet-friendly community offers detached garages, emergency maintenance, extra storage, and a laundry facility. Residents can choose between unfurnished units with a 12-month lease or fully furnished units with a month-to-month lease option.
If you secure a 1 or 2-bedroom apartment this month, you can enjoy a complimentary first month's rent. Additionally, if your move-in plans are delayed, we offer a $500 discount on initial rent. Prices for our apartments start at $1165/month for a 1-bedroom and $1365/month for a 2-bedroom. The rent includes water and electric with caps for overages.
