"Not safe!! I’ve had things THROWN at me while walking my dog. Good luck finding a parking spot remotely close to your actual apartment. Would definitely NOT recommend. Pay a little more to live in a safer environment."

"Nice and modern apartments, conveniently located to Auburn University. Golf Course is open to residents after hours for walking and jogging. Great place for young couples, college students, and small families."

"Very close course! People are teeing off right behind you and balls were flying past us and near us way too frequently. It’s a nice, little course. A bit rough but it is March 29."

"They are robbers. You will know their actual face when you move out. First of all, they will charge you 3 months of liquidated damage even if you buy a new home and move there. They will never help you in finding a sublease. Next, they will deduct tons of money unless you give them a 30 days prior notice. Next, they will charge you tons of money in the name of service fees, admin fees and cleaning fees after you move out. They charged us 250$ even after we left the apartment crystal clean (pictures attached). Stay away from these people."

"Not a safe place if you are a struggling college student. I am a female that has stayed here for 3 years without incident. They are not the best when it comes to outside maintenance of the apartments at times but on April 27, 2020 I stepped down the stairs of my apartment building and slipped in fresh wet paint. The workers decided to paint the grounds of my building at 6pm and left poorly visible wet paint signs. The moment anyone steps out of their unit they could slip and fall without knowing what the cause was The wet paint signs also had paint on them indicating that they could have been put up during or after they were finished painting. When I reported the incident there was no action taken. The manger herself even said she personally put up the wet paint signs and that she herself has fallen into paint before. And that as the manger there is nothing that she can do. I do not find that to be acceptable in anyway. If a property manger has admitted to falling in wet paint thanks to her workers, then her system for painting the apartments must change. I explained the fact that there was simply too much paint on the floor and to that she said I should have been more careful. Then she gave me a representative number to talk to and they stated that it is in my lease that they are not liable for any personal injury. I am a graduating college student and mostly support myself. Now I had to pay a doctor’s bill with no insurance and find a way to replace the things that were ruined by the paint, including my text book, with my own money. I would say if you are an honest hardworking individual that cannot afford a lawyer never stay here. The only graduation present that this place has given me is a busted right side of my body and that it is my fault that a worker left a thick layer of paint on the ground in front of the stairs. Please note that if you agree to live here that in section 12 of your lease indicates that they are not liable for any personal injury, even if it is their fault."
