The elevators have been working consistently ever since he got here and the pool deck renovations look great. I would recommend living at West and Wright to any of my friends. I love it here!"
"I have had such a wonderful experience living at West and Wright. The amenities that the apartment complex has to offer are unbeatable, while also being so close to campus. As a freshman at Auburn, the events thrown by West and Wright also allow the entire complex to feel like a real community. "I second everything Dina, another reviewer, shared. Beware of the lack of communication, organization, and utter neglect that West & Wright provides - both in their properties and customer relations wise. I leased with them from 2020-2022 and just this summer (2023) received an email from West & Wright that I had an outstanding $20 on my account. I wrote to the West & Wright leasing manager to get it squared away asap, as directed in the email, and received no response. I then called the office multiple times - “they had no record of this charge” - as I am receiving emails from THEIR office that I have to pay the charge or it is being sent to collections? They would not let me speak to a manager over the phone but offered me their collections office partner phone number. I called the collections office that they also had no record of this charge. West & Wright has still yet to get back to me about this debacle that could ultimately be affecting my credit score. Shame on West & Wright for their terrible customer service and communication. Do not lease here!! You will only experience hassles!"
